We provide a trustworthy e-commerce experience by (1) eliminating malicious sellers, (2) ensuring listings are policy compliant, (3) ensuring users receive authentic products in the condition they expect, and (4) in the rare chance the order experience does not meet customer expectations, we make things right by providing hassle-free solutions.Responsibilities: • Develop scientific metrics to measure success of E-Commerce governance and experience team.• Develop the credit system for merchants and creators to incentivize good behavior.• Work closely with engineers and product managers, and drive project execution and iteration by clear problem scoping and design.
