About the Role
- We seek a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with a strong background in Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend services that power our advanced AI and multi-agent platforms in Nowutalk.
- This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art technologies and contribute to the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
Must Have:
- Location: This is a 100% on-site role at our client´s office in Holmdel, New Jersey. Only candidates who can commute daily to this location or already reside in the area will be considered.
- Python expertise: Proven experience in developing robust, scalable backend services using Python.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) frameworks and hands-on experience in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Experience with multi-agent systems, including frameworks like LangChain or similar.
- Hands-on experience with TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) technologies.
- Proficiency in developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of micro-services architecture and best practices for scalability and performance.
- Experience with advanced data processing techniques for optimizing model inference.
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle management, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and model deployment.
- Understanding of coordination protocols for multi-agent architectures.
- Prior experience working with high-performance AI-driven systems.
