We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who is passionate about AI and wants to enable companies to scale their output with category creating product. You'll get to join our new office in San Francisco as we expand deeper into more organisations. This role will on the forefront of deploying AI Workforces across businesses and help us meet our demand.

Over 5 years of experience with Python and working with APIs
Over 5 years of experience delivering solutions for customers.
Experience with AI Agents, prompt engineering and working with LLMs.
Experience managing technical teams and leadership.
Experience working in both pre-sales and post-sales technical functions.
The ability to clearly explain complex topics to technical as well as non-technical audiences.

Lead a team of AI Solutions Engineers, onboarding, developing and guiding junior team members.
Help develop our customer onboarding materials.
Scope and co-develop production-level agent projects with our customers across different industries and use cases
Help users discover and master the Relevance platform via user training, and ongoing consultative support.
Provide strategic input to the customer that help make them successful.
Flag technical and non-technical account risks (onboarding issues, performance pitfalls, timeline slippage)
Lead and develop our pre-sales technical motion.
