Roles & responsibilities
•Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements in Strategic Pursuits Group (SPG) automation, GenAI projects, and roadmaps •Direct support of pursuit team training, using, user troubleshooting of automation and GenAI tools as needed •Support onshore stakeholders by taking accountability to drive technology-enabled projects across geographies •Oversee strategic planning, coordination, and execution of technology-enabled projects on a day-to-day basis •Lead strategic meetings with stakeholders and user groups to define technology-driven requirements and suggest further enhancements •Documentation related to model design, testing, and implementation, as well as reports on model performance and improvements •Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s Intranet portal, excellent navigation of the Pursuit Resource Center portal (Proposal GPS), and proficient in various software platforms used to support pursuits •Work closely with other Proposal Writing, Pursuit Content, and Self-Service team members on technology enabled projects •Demonstrate understanding of KPMG’s proposal process and proficiency in use of self-service tools to support internal clients and other team membersRoles & responsibilities
