Job Description
In collaboration with Rick Stevens, Peter Coveney will be looking at advanced methods of computational science combined with state of the art techniques in artificial intelligence applied to domains of mutual interest, particularly within the life and medical sciences. This will include assessing opportunities that go beyond the current generation of LLMs and hint at AGI as defined by the major tech players in this sector. Applications of interest will span the developing field of digital twins in clinical medicine, uncertainty quantification in high dimensional parameters spaces, including AI/ML, drug discovery and personalised drug selection, all performed in silico, using the aforementional methods.
