Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Lead for Marketing Technology to join our team in the gaming industry. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across multiple gaming studios. As a Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of innovative marketing technology solutions that meet the needs of our gaming studios and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Studio Collaboration:
a. Communicate effectively with gaming studios and lead projects that leverage our marketing technology products.
b. Work closely with studio stakeholders to understand their unique pain points and requirements.
c. Demonstrate a deep understanding of UA (User Acquisition) algorithms and (or) creative production processes.
2.Strategic Planning:
a. Strategically design and build marketing technology product roadmaps aligned with business goals and studio needs.
b. Drive innovative product development by leading discussions and brainstorming sessions within the team.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with other product teams, including AI teams, data scientists, and data engineers, to ensure successful project execution and support.
4.Project Management:
a. Define project scopes, set timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality features.
b. Provide constructive feedback to refine and enhance product features.
Required Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in product management and a background in leading the development of marketing technology platforms.
2. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, computer science, data science, information management, product design, and marketing.
4. Demonstrated ability to think innovatively, solve problems creatively, and lead products to measurable impact.
5. Passion for the gaming industry, with strong resilience, self-drive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior working experience or in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry
2. Prior B2B experience in serving clients.
3. Knowledge or experience in applying AI technologies to games development and publishing.
4. Proven team leadership experience.
