Lifesight is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping businesses leverage data & AI to improve customer acquisition and retention. We have a team of 130 serving 300+ customers across 5 offices in the US, Singapore, India, Australia, and the UK.
Our mission is to make it easy for non-technical marketers to leverage advanced data activation and marketing measurement tools that are powered by AI, to improve their performance and achieve their KPIs. Our product is being adopted rapidly globally and we need the best people onboard the team to accelerate our growth.
Position Overview
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts to deliver data solutions for complex projects.
Architect, develop, and optimize data processing pipelines using SQL, Python, Spark, and cloud technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable data architectures and systems.
Manage data storage, integration, and retrieval strategies for large-scale data applications.
Drive innovation and process improvement in data engineering practices.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various systems.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring continuous development of technical skills.
You are perfect for the role if you have….
6+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering or data analysis, with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related major.
At least 2 years of experience working as an engineer on data-intensive projects.
Must have - Proven experience in leading a team of engineers or analysts in delivering complex data solutions.
Must have - Strong hands-on experience with SQL, and Python.
Good to have - Spark for data processing and transformation.
Must have - Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS and Azure also acceptable).
In-depth knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and related technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in at least one programming language and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
