THE ROLE:
Seeking a Customer Program Manager to drive customer collaboration and technical engagements from concept to execution. In this role, the candidate will focus on gathering customer requirements for hardware/software requirements, ensuring alignment with internal teams to deliver optimized solutions. The candidate must be a leader and innovator who is able to work with geographically distributed developer teams. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical and business professionals, driving execution toward customer deliverables and fostering strong relationships with hyperscale, enterprise, and HPC customers. Define and lead key deliverables/schedules and driving multi-functional activities. Ability to structure and execute complex analysis, draw insights, and communicate summary findings with recommendations to senior management and AMD customers.
THE PERSON:
Looking for a strategic and technically astute leader with a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, chip manufacturing, and AI workload optimization. This individual should have a proven track record in customer engagement, technical program management leadership, and cross-functional execution. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans are essential.
