As the Sales Development Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s). At Darktrace, the SDR team comes under the umbrella of the Darktrace SDR Academy in which we aim to help each SDR develop to their full potential and to have fulfilling careers within the department and the wider organization. Your primary responsibility is to drive the team to meet and exceed their targets, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week from our Cambridge Headquarters.
