Who we seek:
We’re looking for a strategic Sr Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in leading and driving our business intelligence strategy, including advanced analytics reporting, data visualization, single source of truth, and ultimately managing end-to-end analytics lifecycle. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering / Product, as well as the Business Operations, Finance, Systems, IT, and executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in business intelligence and data analytics, as well as expertise in leveraging modern BI tools and cloud technologies to deliver impactful insights at scale and support timely data-driven decisions.

The annual base salary range is $135,000 - $175,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy. Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives align with individual and company performance.
