A Data Scientist is responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to complex business problems. The role requires creativity and extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.

Role and Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge data-driven solutions for consumer intelligence
Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, software engineers, and data engineers, to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions.
Analyze business requirements and identify strategic opportunities for AI-driven improvements in processes, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
Design and deploy sophisticated statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics models to address complex business problems.
Effectively communicate complex technical insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Stay at the forefront of data science, machine learning, and AI advancements, and proactively integrate new technologies and techniques into solutions.
Architect, develop, implement, and manage robust end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including model building, deployment, maintenance, and data quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors, Masters, or advanced training in applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a similar related field.
4+ years experience in Data Scientist or Machine learning
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, or Tensorflow
Experience with Azure Cloud Services
Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
Familiarity with data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools and automation processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
