As a member of the Business Enablement Team (BET), the Capability & Training Lead role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of GPS & PDMA by building and nurturing critical capabilities and skills that drive commercialisation excellence. In this role, you'll design and implement impactful learning programs that empower teams, enhance performance, and foster innovation. Identify skill gaps and training needs across GPS / PDMA in relation to the required organisational capabilities for commercialisation excellence.
Develop and deliver training programs that address these needs E2E across the Pharma value chain, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
Measure and continuously improve training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Leverage internal and external strategic partnerships to enhance training initiatives while proactively identifying future capabilities, mindsets, and competencies needed for organisational success.
Develop comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support programs to engage employees and boost productivity
Collaborate with the broader capability-building community (including PI/US) to prioritize, co-create, and implement innovative tools and practices while fostering a culture of shared learning.
Proven expertise in training design, development, and delivery
Deep understanding of commercialisation excellence and business strategy
Skilled in the use of advanced technologies in business, e.g., AI, machine learning, etc.
Strong business acumen paired with technical proficiency
Advanced design and analytical skills to develop effective solutions
Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-focused skills
Skilled in project and stakeholder management to ensure seamless execution
Ability to drive alignment and engagement across cross-functional teams
