We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Led to drive technical excellence, mentor a team of engineers, and lead the development of scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in software development, and a passion for leadership and innovation.
Skills Requirements
Mandatory Skillset –
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
Secondary Skillset –
- Experience with AI/ML, data engineering, or blockchain technologies.
- Gen AI experience
- Background in working with high-scale distributed systems.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
