Technical Implementation Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Lifesight in our solutions and implementations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the unique needs of our customers and overseeing the successful onboarding, solutioning and implementation of these solutions. You will also get the unique opportunity to evolve into a subject matter expert.

What You’ll Do

• Interface with customers and understand their pain points and gaps in the current marketing measurements stack
• Work closely with sales and account management team and understand the success criteria established for pilots
• Management Pilot and Customer Accounts, Monitor issues and proactively address and resolve them
• Manage SDK, API and Webhook integration and set up workspaces for attribution
• Work with product team and build subject matter expertise in Lifesight’s offerings Solution for the unique growth needs of the customer
• Implement Lifesight’s solutions & drive value recognition for the customer
