We arelooking for a Celonis Value Engineer who will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) solutions to drive operational efficiency.
You will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, business analysts, and IT teams to extract insights from data and create actionable strategies for process enhancement. Support validation of data (counts, values between source systems and process mining tool). Use understanding process insights by creating KPIs and actions, identify process inefficiencies, and understand the root causes.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and process improvement skills to help organizations unlock value through data-driven insights.

While performing the duties of this job, the contractemployee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort,hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle,or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs orladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specificvision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the natureof objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a videodisplay terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods oftime. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail,numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which arenormally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectualchallenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Mayrequire working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
