Job Description
We are looking for a highly specialized Solutions Principal for Manufacturing, who will serve as both an advocate and evangelist within this sector. This role demands a profound understanding of the manufacturing industry, combined with an expert ability to translate AI technology into tangible business impacts. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, capable of forging strong relationships, identifying industry-specific challenges, and articulating how our AI solutions can drive transformation and value.
This role can be based in Berlin, Heidelberg, or Munich with a hybrid working model.
Become the go-to expert and thought leader for Manufacturing, maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to evangelize our solutions within the industry, demonstrating their impact and value proposition.
Forge and nurture strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry groups, to establish our brand as a leader in solutions for Manufacturing.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and challenges of the industry, ensuring they deliver maximum business impact.
Lead educational and advocacy initiatives, such as speaking engagements, workshops, and whitepapers, to increase industry awareness and adoption of our technologies.
Provide strategic insights to the company leadership on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives, including developing industry-specific sales collateral and case studies.
Monitor and report on the performance of industry-specific initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies.
Extensive expertise in Manufacturing, with a comprehensive understanding of its complexities, operational dynamics, and key business drivers that influence performance and growth
Proven experience in a role requiring the translation of technology solutions into business value, preferably with exposure to AI or related technologies.
Strong network within Manufacturing, with a track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute industry-specific strategies.
Demonstrated leadership and influence in driving initiatives and gaining buy-in across various stakeholder groups.
Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients, attend industry events, and support sales and marketing efforts.
