About the team/role
Join the IT Engineering team as an AI Solutions Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing employee productivity across all departments at Checkr. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies—including Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation—to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions that address complex internal challenges. Collaborating closely with a diverse set of internal stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to shape technological strategies that directly impact our mission to build the safe and fair data platform of the future.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $176,000 in Denver, CO.
