Codes, tests and debugs software programs and meets project plan goals under limited guidance from senior software developers.
Works independently to design and develop small technical modules.
Assists with repairing coding problems.
Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate.
Provides support through help desk; monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advise senior team members on performance of existing systems.
Acts as a technical resource for other analysts on the team.
Works with team to develop project plans and communicate software development plans.

AI Integration Developer
The AI Integration developer will play a crucial role in coding, testing, and debugging workflow solutions within the AI Support product. You will work under the guidance of the product manager to meet deliverables and contribute significantly to our AI Bot product development. This role requires a balance of independence in designing and developing technical modules, along with collaborative efforts in team projects and technical support.Understands and coordinates potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities, ideally supporting an AI Bot built on a LLM, plus integration with other ITSM and Knowledge platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in a technology related discipline;OR a combination of work experience, education and training equivalent to a four-year college degree in a technology related discipline.5+ years development experience, ideally with LLM AI solutions, plus ITSM and Knowledge platforms3+ years’ experience managing related projects;3+ years’ experience working as part of results-oriented project teams.Proven experience delivering development solutions in large IT environments, with focus on service delivery.Proven ability to work to deadlines and within budget constraints.Previous experience working in a matrix organization.Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred skills
Working knowledge of various best practice frameworks such as ITIL, service management, project management, etc.
