What success looks like in this role:
• Gains familiarity with standard financial management of client accounts.• Learns to perform standard financial duties, including: o Working within all billing systems, o Entering and generating account information for forecasting revenues and costs with account teams, o Providing support to team in the Long-Term Planning (LTP) and Operating Plan (OP) process, o Analyzing monthly actuals, variances, risks and opportunities for accounts, o Preparing journal vouchers for accruals, cost transfer analysis and entries, o Handling account contract / project set up and close processes, order booking / de-booking, incremental change orders and backlog adjustments, and o Supporting projects SOX compliance.• Practices utilization of Robotic Process Automation and AI to eliminate manual processes.• Learns and complies with government regulations and company policies.• Assists with special projects as assigned.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
