About the Role
Working closely with the Library Coordinator (Education Engagement), The Library Coordinator (Researcher Engagement) will oversee the services of the library for researchers and Higher Degree Research (HDR) students. The role is responsible for the operational management and provision of advisory services to support data management, metrics, advanced search support, citation impact, and engagement to optimise research scholarly impact, as well as maximise the opportunities of new technologies and tools in a changing higher education research environment, including Generative AI.

The Flinders University Library plays a key role in supporting the teaching, learning and research activities of the University.
About you
Your exceptional organisational, time management skills and initiative, enable you to effectively and efficiently lead a multidisciplinary team in a complex environment. Working collaboratively with your team, you prioritise tasks, ensuring objectives are successfully met and resources are available.
With outstanding communication skills both written and verbal, you can build and maintain effective relationships with clients inclusive of negotiation. Your excellent administrative skills enable you to develop reports and project documentation.
