What you will do
Time series forecasting problems with Neural Differential Equations on Graphs
Solve PDEs with Physics Informed Neural Networks and train Diffusion Models
Develop and test new deep learning architectures
Conduct and document Deep Learning experiments
Prepare material for publications
Review relevant literature and data
What you bring to the table
Study of mathematics, computer science, physics or similar with good to very good grades
Willingness to work 15 to 20h per week
You are at the end of you bachelor or in the very beginning of you master studies
Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pytorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib etc
LaTeX typesetting skills
Git knowledge is a plus
Experience in using Linux (Ubuntu) via the terminal
Writing clean and concise code
Diligence in implementing, testing and documenting algorithms and results
Curiosity about a deeper understanding of Deep Learning architectures

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.
The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
