Responsibilities:
· Design,develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complexbusiness problems.
· Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translatethem into technical solutions.
· Conductdata analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.
· Optimizeand fine-tune machine learning models for performance and scalability.
· Stayup to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AItechnologies.
· Mentorand guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning andimprovement.
· Communicatefindings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor'sor master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or arelated field.
· 7+years of experience in machine learning, data science, and Python programming.
· Strongproficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow,PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
· Experiencewith big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and SQL.
· Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
· Strongcommunication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts tonon-technical audiences.
· Experiencewith cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
PreferredSkills:
· Knowledgeof natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
· Experiencewith deep learning frameworks and tools.
· Familiaritywith agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
