What you are going to do
You enter the complex environment of Pensions, where you deal with a large number of stakeholders, from IT to Marketing, from Sales to Operations, and where alignment with other business units of NN Group is crucial for success. From strategy to execution; you have an opinion, speak out, set the course, and connect processes, data, systems, and infrastructure. You bring speed and quality to IT development, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.Integration and Coherence: Ensuring coherence and integration between different architectural layers and technology stack(s).
Solution Driven: You support your simple solutions with clear arguments, focused on the (architectural) principles, and explain why your proposed directions are the best choice for the long term within Pensions.
Strategic Thinking: You apply the Reduce, Reuse, Buy, Build principle:
Development of Best Practices: You develop and implement patterns and best practices that are applied both within Pension and beyond, and you actively contribute to the improvement and innovation of our architecture and technologies.

As a versatile architect, you possess excellent communication skills and are able to effectively engage with stakeholders, developers, and other parties. You are not afraid to push boundaries in discussions, always prioritizing the project's interests.In your role, you create designs and architectural guidelines that have a significant impact, while understanding and simplifying the complexity of our IT and business process landscape. As a team player, you enjoy interacting with other professionals and excel in stakeholder management, both within and outside the team.With a proven track record in cross-functional work, you are capable of achieving shared goals and objectives. You will find yourself in a dynamic environment where you collaborate with other architects within Life & Pensions, the Architecture Manager to whom you report, and work closely with the CIO, IT manager, Group IT, and business executives of various transformation programs.
