What are we looking for?
We are committed to supporting our customers on their journey to mental wellness and looking for a product leader that is passionate about the health & wellness space. You will have an opportunity to work at a company at scale while also managing & mentoring a talented team of product managers. The person we hire will be responsible for the client-side of our D2C marketplace and needs to have expertise in marketplace dynamics, member journey, and demonstrable experience scaling a consumer offering. We combine data, AI, and behavioral science in an effort to deliver the right product for our customers and to date have helped over 5M people. We’ve built a solid foundation and are ready to scale the business to the next big milestone.This role reports to the CPO.

Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to three times per year and to one company offsite to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $235,000-$275,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for equity, performance bonus, and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
