The Role:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic SocialMedia Marketing Professional to drive thought leadership, brand visibility, andpipeline growth through impactful social media engagement. Reporting to theContent Lead, this role will be instrumental in crafting and executing socialmedia strategies, leveraging influencer collaborations, and optimizing paidcampaigns to establish a strong digital presence.
This role requires a storyteller at heart who understandsthe pulse of social media trends, audience behaviors, and platform algorithmsto drive engagement and brand positioning. The candidate must have hands-onexperience in content writing for social media, affiliate and influencerpartnerships, and performance-driven advertising strategies. A data-firstmindset is essential, ensuring adaptability and optimization based onanalytics.

· Go-to-market alignment with Marketing and InsideSales teams, ensuring seamless integration of social campaigns with ABMstrategies.
· Community management and audience engagement tofoster brand interactions, advocacy, and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive socialmedia strategy to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demandgeneration.
· Own and execute the social media contentcalendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and content strategies.
· Create compelling social-first content,including posts, videos, stories, and interactive formats tailored to differentplatforms.
· Collaborate with affiliates, influencers, andbrand advocates to enhance visibility and credibility in the IT/ITeS industry.
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid social mediacampaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes in brand reach and lead generation.
· Stay ahead of social media trends, platformupdates, and algorithm changes to continuously refine engagement strategies.
· Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation,trend analysis, and audience targeting for social media campaigns.
· Monitor and analyze social media KPIs(engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment analysis) and adjust strategiesbased on data insights.
· Align closely with the Marketing and InsideSales teams to ensure social media efforts contribute to pipeline accelerationand ABM campaigns.
· Continuously test and implement new contentformats, storytelling techniques, and engagement strategies to stay ahead ofthe curve.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 5-7 years of experience in social mediamarketing, content creation, and digital advertising
· Proven expertise in B2B & B2C social mediastrategies, LinkedIn thought leadership, and organic audience building.
· Strong experience in social media contentwriting, storytelling, and creative campaign execution.
· Should have experience in leveraging AI toolsfor content optimization, trend analysis, and strategy execution to enhancesocial media performance.
· Must be adept at using AI-driven content writingtools to create engaging, platform-specific content at scale.
· Hands-on experience in influencer marketing,affiliate partnerships, and community engagement.
· Proficiency in paid social media advertising,PPC campaigns, and performance marketing.
