This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Creating questions and answers for the given set of mathematics related topics, themes or concepts. It will also involve writing properly worded justifications explaining your approach/thought process for the content created.
- Content Evaluation: Evaluating content on different quality parameters like accuracy, comprehensiveness, relevance, verbosity, etc.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy of content created and being evaluated.
- Algorithm Development: Design and implement algorithms for optimization, analysis, and machine learning applications.
- Problem Solving: Apply advanced mathematical principles and techniques to solve real-world problems, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and program managers to develop innovative solutions like Large Language Models (LLMs), etc.
- Education and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior team members, interns, and stakeholders on mathematical concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in mathematics. attend conferences, participate in workshops, and contribute to academic research.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
Masters or PhD in Mathematics / Finance / Statistics / Physics/ Computer Science / Logic / Probability and Statistics. Freshers or graduates having a maximum of 10 years of work experience after Masters or PhD can also apply.
College:
- Tier 1 colleges only (government or a reputable agency approved tiers to be used)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in the English language.
- Proficiency in Google sheets/docs, MS Excel, and Google Chrome.
- Quick learner with respect to the latest technologies, applications, work tools, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical/critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex mathematical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior research experience, publications, or contributions to open-source projects in mathematics are desirable for candidates with advanced degrees.
- Teaching background is preferred.
