Role Description As the Jack-of-All-Trades, you will be at the heart of our organization, working closely with the CEO and various departments to support strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects. This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
- Coordinate and manage special projects across different departments.
- Research and analyze market trends to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and market expansions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and present proposals and presentations to stakeholders and potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business development strategies and initiatives.
- Support the CEO in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Conduct negotiations and close business deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive assistance, financial management, or similar roles where you’ve juggled multiple responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think algorithmically. Engineers, we’re looking at you!
- A knack for negotiation that would make a diplomat envious
- Excellent communication skills, in both speaking and writing
- A degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field – or an equivalent wealth of experience
- Experience in the tech or mobile app industry is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships.
