ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a part-time & onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing high-level expertise, analysis, and technical guidance in support of project executions, operations, strategic initiative, business improvement, and other complex technical or organizations tasks.
Providing expert technical guidance and analysis on specialized applications and operational environments, functional system analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation to drive effective implementation of highly complex systems.
Reviewing, analyzing, integrating, and conducting T&E of source data, developing interim documentation.
Being involved in system concept formulation and the analysis of systems and subsystems.
Providing results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers.
May provide direction to junior level analysts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area and 10+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position; at least 3 of the 10 years must be directly related to DoD systems, OR, a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific area, plus an additional 4 years of relevant experience equaling a total of 14 years of experience may be substituted for the master’s degree
Experience utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems
Expertise in digital innovation or disruptive technology areas is highly desired (e.g., block chain, quantum computing, AI, ML, robotics process automation)
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to perform work on this contract.
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based.
The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management
