This role is ideal for an execution-focused leader who excels in resourceful demand-generation strategies and has a proven track record of scaling early-stage AI or SaaS startups from $1M to $10M+ ARR.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
- Optimize outbound, inbound, and conversion strategies using data-driven insights and continuous experimentation.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for enterprise sales, navigating long sales cycles and expansion within large accounts.
- Scale AI/SaaS startup growth through creative and cost-effective demand generation tactics.
- Build and manage high-performance GTM teams, fostering a culture of execution and experimentation.
- Leverage industry networks, including VC-backed communities (Sequoia, a16z, First Round, OpenView, etc.), to enhance market presence.
Qualifications:- Experience in a startup environment, with a strong commitment to early-stage growth.
- 5-10 years of experience in demand generation, GTM strategy, or enterprise sales (ideal)
- Proven track record of scaling early-stage AI or SaaS startups from $1M to $10M+ ARR through GTM strategies.
- Strong execution mindset—hands-on in driving pipeline growth without relying on large budgets.
- Experience with enterprise sales strategies, including land-and-expand models.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, focusing on continuous optimization of GTM efforts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, with a scrappy and results-driven approach.
