About the role:
We are seeking a Director of Salesforce and Go-to-Market Systems, you have a deep background in implementing Go-to-Market technical processes and expertise in architecting, designing, and building on the Salesforce.com platform. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple business stakeholders and easily balancing competing priorities. As a technical leader, you’ll build a performing team responsible for the design, development, configuration, and administration of Salesforce.com and related systems to deliver on strategic business objectives.
This position will be based onsite 3 days per week in our San Mateo, CA office.

Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000*. Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long-term financial growth, and we ensure all full-time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s group health insurance plans.
