Real Chemistry is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team!
The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for excellent delivery on their assigned piece of business; they will own various types of projects including deliverables such as slide decks, print projects and smaller digital initiatives. Project Managers are both accountable to and responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects. This individual takes projects from the initiating phase through final closing, which includes the planning, coordination, creation, and launch of project deliverables. The Project Manager serves as a main point of contact for those projects and will work with the Account Manager to communicate and facilitate a strategically aligned implementation plan across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams. He or she will also define project scope and objectives and develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports. The Project Manager is responsible for ongoing budget management, including client invoicing activities. This role is also responsible for conducting project meetings and ensuring adherence to quality standards. He or she is fully accountable for the team’s commitment to delivering the highest quality work, on time and on budget, to meet and ultimately exceed our client’s expectations. Great communicators and motivators with an innate ability to “get things done.” As a result, they wear many hats. This role manages all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and must be intimately familiar with the roles played by Design, Copywriting, Studio, Print Production, Editorial, User Experience, Technology, and Quality Assurance. They have experience moving projects through all internal agency departments and roles, ensuring the proper reviews and approvals at appropriate stages. They have experience with MLR Consult and Formal submission platforms, MLR requirements, and timing.
Whether it’s involving the correct resources from each department at the optimal time, ensuring priorities are managed in alignment with account, or identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions ahead of time, the only thing that is certain is that no one day is ever the same.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:
Effectively communicates expectations to internal teams and vendors to facilitate the efficient flow of associated work throughout the agency
Interface with key agency teams to ensure they’re on track to meet the agreed upon milestones (Account, Creative, Studio, Editorial, Print Production, Strategic Planning, Information UX, Technology, Programmers)
Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time, budget and quality targets in accordance with relevant guidelines
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on revenue recognition/invoicing processes
Communicate directly with the client and/or client stakeholders as needed regarding project details at all phases of development
·Perform risk planning and mitigation to minimize project risk
Help create service or departmental standard operating procedures
Route deliverables to the appropriate core team members for review/sign off via electronic project routing system.
Ensure signoff prior to key junctures, (brand team review, MLR review, disk release, asset handoff to vendor, etc.)
Enforce agency process and manage the quality assurance (QA) phase for all projects

What you should have:
3+ years of Project/Program Management or relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in budget management.
Working familiarity with industry-specific processes, including MLR review.
Background working on teams focused on promotional projects for Medical Education.
Demonstrated track record of leading small to medium scale products from conception through completion.
Experience working cross-functionally with copy, design, account, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services.
Proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams across multiple businesses; excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Pay Range: $80,000.00-$95,000.00
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work.
