About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:1.     推动大模型技术在保险业务全流程的应用，设计并开发智能化解决方案，提升客户体验和运营效率  ：•    负责保险领域大语言模型（LLM & VLM）的设计、训练与优化，覆盖承保、理赔、客服、风控等业务场景，并持续提升其性能；•    探索LLM与保险知识图谱、业务系统的深度融合，提升业务自动化与智能化水平；2.     结合保险业务需求（如条款解析、风险评估、自动化问答），构建领域专用数据集并设计模型微调方案，通过数据分析为模型优化和业务决策提供支持。  3.    协同产品、业务、数据/开发团队等关键利益方推动模型落地，制定效果评估标准并持续迭代优化 •    确保大模型技术与公司现有业务系统的无缝集成，并提供技术支持与培训•    解决模型在保险场景中的幻觉控制、可解释性等问题。4.    跟踪GenAI大模型领域的最新技术动态（如RAG、Agent框架），评估新技术在保险领域的应用潜力，推动技术创新。5.    主管交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements:    核心技术能力：•    精通PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，5年以上NLP项目经验，3年以上大模型训练调优经验；•    熟悉主流LLM架构（如GPT、LLaMA、MoE），具备从预训练、指令训练、强化学习训练，再到领域适配的全流程经验；•    熟悉主流模型的定制化训练，包括：通义千问、DeepSeek、ChatGLM等。•    掌握Prompt Engineering、LORA/P-tuning等高效微调技术，有垂直领域模型落地案例；•    熟悉保险业务特征（如产品、营销、营运、理赔、客服等）处理，具备领域知识注入、多任务学习等经验者优先。

行业理解：•    熟悉保险业务流程（产品/核保/理赔/精算），了解行业术语与合规要求；•    具备保险领域数据（如保单、客服对话、风险评估报告）处理经验者优先；•    有保险科技或金融科技项目经验者加分。

通用素质：•    较强的跨团队协作能力，能将技术语言转化为业务价值；•    对AI伦理、数据隐私保护有深刻认知，熟悉保险行业监管政策。
