The Vice President of Enterprise Architecture Consulting will be responsible for steering the strategic direction and delivery of enterprise architecture consulting services. This senior role demands a deep understanding of AI services, tech enterprise structures, and the ability to reimagine and transform clients’ technology environments. The successful candidate will lead a high-performance team, drive innovation, and ensure the alignment of architecture strategies with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for enterprise architecture consulting services.
Lead and inspire a team of enterprise architects, consultants, and other professionals to deliver innovative solutions.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges.
Guide clients in reimagining their technology landscapes, leveraging AI services, and optimizing enterprise structures.
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
Solution Design and Delivery:
Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.
Ensure the integration of AI services into clients’ technology frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency.
Monitor project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AI, enterprise architecture, and related technologies.
Promote and drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions within the consulting practice.
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events, establishing thought leadership in enterprise architecture.
Operational Management:
Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics for consulting practice.
Implement and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive the development and deployment of consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, or similar).
Relevant years of experience in enterprise architecture consulting, with a strong background in AI services and technology strategy.
Proven record of accomplishment of leading large-scale technology transformation projects and reimagining tech landscapes for clients.
Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
Strong expertise in AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and innovative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Ability to travel as required for client engagements and business development activities.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a wide audience.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
