1.Responsible for the development of data products, including data cleaning, processing and analysis. 2.Responsible for the model building of data products, including algorithm design, model optimization, feature engineering, etc. 3.Responsible for communicating business requirements with the project leaders of suppliers or customers. 4.Propose suggestions and promptly identify potential data issues.
5.Be responsible for guiding the data development process planning and data architecture design in the project. 6.Participate in communication at all stages of project delivery, including requirement analysis, product design, technical research and development follow-up, product testing, and product launch
1.Bachelor 's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related fields;
2.More than 3 years of experience in model development or analysis; proficient in data analysis tools such as python, R, and SQL; familiar with machine learning, deep learning and algorithms.
3.Acute data observation and analysis skills, promptly identifying and analyzing hidden issues and providing suggestions.
4.Proficient in applying the data middle platform methodology, delving into business operations, understanding logic, and offering efficient data solutions.
5.Good communication and team management skills, strong learning ability, and the ability to handle certain work pressure
