Responsibilities:

Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level, actionable analytics solutions.
Manage end-to-end analytics projects — from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and performance tracking.
Collaborate with both client and internal global teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Lead PMO activities including project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives using standard PMO methodologies.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to enhance business functions.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of professional work experience with at least 3 years in data analytics.
Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the CPG space is preferred.
Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and Deck building.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
Strong project and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
