What you`ll do
At SAP, we are bringing together state-of-the-art AI technology with our extensive industry-specific data and deep process knowledge to create innovative AI capabilities across SAP products & services. Large Language Models (LLMs) hold immense potential to change the way we work and develop products. They are reshaping the landscape of Machine Learning across various domains. However, they are not the final stage of AI advancements and there is a lot of untapped potential to use data other than language to solve modern problems of business software. It is SAP's mission to overcome these challenges within the realm of Business AI.

The mission of the SAP BTP Innovation Team is to contextualize and pioneer emerging technologies that will be foundational for the future success of SAP BTP and of our customers. We are a diverse, global team and collaborate across roles, functions, and locations, enabling every colleague to contribute and investigate new ideas. Our team in Potsdam explores new ways of working with technology to free up people’s creativity and ingenuity by reducing their repetitive tasks, brining contextual information at the right place and at the right time, and enabling time for the high value activities that have a real business impact. We work on articulating and prototyping visions of enterprise software beyond the current roadmaps, investigating the most important jobs-to-be-done in the enterprise, and run projects to take us closer to fully autonomous enterprise software. We currently drive a portfolio of projects that leverage state of the art AI and research and adapt it to be the best business AI in the world.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
