Job Description
• Architect and implement automation solutions for infrastructure, applications, and business processes. • Design and develop frameworks for CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and system monitoring. • Evaluate, integrate, and optimize Orchestrator tools to enhance automation workflows. • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of automation tools. • Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems for reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. • Ensure security and compliance by incorporating automation into governance frameworks. • Lead automation strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvements. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in automation architecture and implementation. • Expertise in Orchestrator tools such as Service now Orchestrator, Rundeck, UiPath, Resolve or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools ( GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Deep understanding of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). • Scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.). • Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments. • Experience with AI-driven automation solutions. • Knowledge of ITSM and IT operations automation frameworks.
