The AI Adoption and Insights Lead is responsible for driving the integration and adoption of AI technologies across various Lines of Service (LoS). This role partners with LOS leaders to understand their specific needs, conduct SWOT analyses, and identify AI-driven opportunities. The AI Adoption and Insights Lead translates complex AI technology into user-friendly, actionable solutions tailored to each LoS, guiding AI adoption strategy by designing, executing, and curating initiatives that align with business priorities. This role requires an engineering/consulting mindset with expertise in designing AI frameworks and integration strategies. Additionally, the lead oversees the measurement and impact of AI on productivity and builds strategies for greater adoption or gathers feedback for potential sunsetting based on analysis. This leader within the workforce pillar of AI transformation must be naturally inquisitive and creative.Meaningful work you’ll be part of
