Griffith Business School’s Research Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing comprises of over 100 academic experts who use rigorous academic processes to bridge the gap between workplace research, practice and policy to help meet the demands of a constantly changing and adapting business world.
They explore and utilise macro (international, societal, organisational) and micro (individual) level research around key contemporary workforce issues such as emotion; employee voice; collectivism; health and safety; wellbeing; equity, diversity and gender; and the management of human capital at work.
Work with the Director of WOW, Professor Paula Brough, who is leading a new NHMRC project: 'Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging: Ensuring sustainable implementation'. This is a complex project in collaboration with the Gold Coast University Hospital.

This is a fixed term, 18-month, full time position that will be primarily based at the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range The full-time equivalent base salary will be Research Fellow Grade 1 range $93,044 - $103,888 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $108862 - $121,549 per annum.
