Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cloud Database Platform Architect to drive the strategy, architecture, and engineering of Cloud Database Solutions on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud database solutions to support our enterprise data strategy across NoSQL, RDBMS, and SaaS platforms, including MongoDB Atlas.
Responsibilities
The Lead Cloud Database Architect performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments. Develops specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$142,300 - $195,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
