As Portfolio Manager – Data & AI, you will lead the strategic alignment, execution oversight, and performance management of our enterprise-wide portfolio of Data and AI initiatives. This role is central to ensuring cross-functional collaboration, effective governance, and timely delivery across multiple programs aligned to our Brand Plan.
You will act as a critical enabler between business stakeholders, program leaders, and technical teams, advancing a unified approach to portfolio execution and ensuring that our Data & AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Leadership: Maintain a comprehensive overview of the full Data & AI portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Progress Oversight: Consolidate and monitor initiative status, tracking milestones, KPIs, and business outcomes across all programs.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and escalate delays, roadblocks, and cross-program dependencies that impact delivery.
Governance & Prioritization: Define and support robust governance frameworks, steering processes, and prioritization methodologies across functions.
Best Practices & Standards: Develop and maintain standardized tools, templates, and cadences for effective portfolio execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment among technical, product, marketing, and business teams to drive portfolio cohesion and transparency.
Minimum 4 years of experience in portfolio management, with demonstrated success overseeing Data & AI portfolios or related data management programs.
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and strategic impact.
Strong understanding of data-driven product development and program governance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and manage ambiguity.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Location: Stockholm, Sweden Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months of probationary employment
