The Envirome Institute is looking to hire a Temporary Research Assistant to oversee data management and basic data analysis on the LUCID Study that examines the personal factors that contribute to cardiovascular disease, with an emphasis on environmental factors, sleep, physical activity, and diet. This study has complex big data that requires a trained individual with experience in data management and basic analysis. The position requires an independent individual with experience using SAS, R, and REDCap, as well as trouble-shooting skills applicable to environmental epidemiology studies with high-dimensional repeated data. Candidate should be highly motivated, well organized, and work independently within an interdisciplinary group.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Oversee data management.
Perform basic data analysis.
Assist with statistical analysis and preparation of manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals,
Compile, organize, and summarize data and ensure proper data storage using REDCAP
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
