We're looking for Backend AI Engineers to help us supercharge how our schools and teams work.
About the Role
As a Backend AI Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in operationalising AI across Compass’ internal tooling and product ecosystem. You will partner closely with developers, product managers, and business teams to design and implement scalable AI-integrated solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and enable our user experiences.
