Job Summary As an AI Learning Enablement Associate, you will support the AI Workforce Enablement Lead in driving the strategic adoption of AI capabilities across Xerox. You will help execute workforce learning programs, organize digital skill-building initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders to embed AI competencies into the Xerox Learning Central platform. Your role will directly contribute to cultivating an AI-savvy culture and enabling Xerox’s Reinvention strategy. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the development, coordination, and deployment of GenAI learning journeys and enablement programs across multiple business functions.
- Maintain AI learning content and competency pathways within Xerox Learning Central and ensure alignment with defined AI proficiency levels (Elementary to Master).
- Collaborate with business units, functional learning leads, and IT to roll out AI training initiatives that align with workforce needs and business goals.
- Track participation, completion rates, and engagement metrics related to AI learning. Support reporting and analysis to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Source, review, and validate AI-related courses, assessments, and simulations. Ensure content meets internal policy requirements (e.g., IM011 compliance).
- Support communication strategies and change initiatives that reinforce AI adoption, including onboarding experiences, internal campaigns, and peer learning activities.
- Assist in documenting and refining enablement processes, including AI skills mapping, certification validation, and learner support models.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in AI, digital transformation, and workforce enablement.
- Foundational knowledge of AI concepts, including GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and ethical AI (completion of Elementary to Competent AI Savvy learning paths preferred).
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with Copilot or other AI productivity tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in L&D, HR, or digital adoption roles.
- Familiarity with SFIA-aligned competency models and skills benchmarking.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or enterprise change programs.
- Exposure to analytics and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Timely launch and update of learning content aligned with AI competency levels.
