Your Role:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced IT Manager to lead the Data Pipeline Engineering function within the larger Data and AI Platform Engineering department. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of our data engineering practice by demonstrating solid data engineering knowledge and leadership experience. You will provide strategic direction, manage multiple complex IT project teams, and ensure that our systems and products meet the highest quality standards and customer service expectations.

The national average salary range for this position is $152,010- $168,900. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $136,800 - $202,550. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 17% of eligible pay.
