Product Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, technical and knowledgeable Solutions Expert to join our team and help our clients maximize the value of our products. The Solutions Expert will be responsible for developing and delivering training to our HuLoop customers on our suite of automation and analytics products. This role will own the training and enablement process for all new customers, as well as support existing customers’ product education journey as needed. The Solutions Expert will work closely with our HuLoop clients and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of our solutions, enabling users to leverage our products effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement training programs and materials for each of our automation solutions
• Conduct training sessions, webinars and workshops for customers and internal staff
• Create engaging and interactive instructional content, including video tutorials and e-learning modules
• Design, develop and build computer-based training
• Assess training needs and adapt training strategies to meet diverse user requirements
• Provide ongoing support and resources to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on new features and functionalities
• Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and performance metrics

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience required
• 5-7 years of proven experience in training, education, or instructional design, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Strongly preferred to have experience with Robotic Process Automation and/or Test Automation tools
• Technical understanding and application of writing code at an entry level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
