The market has seen huge growth in recent years and we’ve been able to establish solid foundations in this space. We’re looking for someone with real ambition to enter this Quantum field and grow this unit to new heights.

This role has the scope to potentially own the Cubiq Quantum European charter building out your own team and unit. The growth plans we have in place offer talented and driven employee’s exceptional opportunities to fast track their careers to directorship.
As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.

Prior experience recruiting in the Quantum world or Quantum Physics is ideal however we are open to experienced technical or STEM recruiters that are interested in cross-training into this space that possess the core recruitment 360 ability and record.
