Apera AI is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support our vision-guided robotics applications. This role requires experience with technical and application support, hands-on skills to resolve software and application issues. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and skilled in troubleshooting, with a strong background in technical support operations and customer-facing interactions. Apera AI builds robot vision intelligence software for manufacturing when speed and precision matter. The company's core technology, 4D Vision, is based on proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies that control robotic pose estimation and path planning, as well as object recognition. Apera Vue vision software is used to run 4D Vision through robotic work cells. Vue is robot-agnostic and works with a wide range of popular robot brands. Apera Vue is ideal for bin picking, assembly, packaging, and sorting.
