As a Frontend Engineer, you'll play a key role in building world-class products and shaping the future of their platform.

As a Frontend Engineer you will:

• Build intelligent matching systems to pair recruiters with roles and candidates with jobs using real-time data and AI.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to create seamless, user-centric experiences.
• Optimise their growth engine, ensuring they scale efficiently across multiple verticals.
• Leverage proprietary data to improve matching algorithms and enhance hiring processes.
• Develop tools to help recruiters onboard quickly and deliver results from day one.
• Streamline company experience, designing a data-driven hiring process that sets them apart.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in frontend engineering with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and cloud platforms like Vercel or GCP.
• A product-minded engineer with a keen eye for design and user experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, VC-backed startups.
• Degree in HCI, design, or related fields
