Responsibilities:

- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, addressing client needs and concerns to secure favorable terms and close deals.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
